Freddie colon - President and CEO

As the founder of the Innovate Investments Company, Freddie has an extensive background in litigation, accounting and/or bookkeeping, and real estate investing. He is the creative and visionary mind behind Innovate Investments' team and has developed a variety of creative investment strategies and alternative investment models that have placed Innovate Investments, LLC on the new generation innovative way of the real estate investment industry. Freddie has developed his talents under many first-hand experiences, trainings, education, and most important to him his passion in helping the homeowner victim of today's downward housing market. Having personally completed many of complex real estate transactions over the last several years, Freddie is known as the "go-see Freddy" in his community for creative deal structures and complicated financing strategies in residential real estate. The Innovate Investments family is the newest birth among the other companies to soon become the one to control over the other branches and its multi-million-dollar operational real estate portfolio. Freddie is a single father of two young adults, as well as a passionate community activist and homeowner helper.

Eddie  Rosario - Director of Operations

Eddy handles the purchasing of properties for the team of Innovate Investments. His competencies include financing the company's acquisitions as well as managing all of the property rehab projects that the company decides to take on. In addition to acquisitions, Eddy aids in day to day operation of the company to keep our cohesive team moving forward.  Eddy has vast experience under his professional and educational belt. The foundation of his education rests on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Global Economics from City University of New York University (CUNY), Manhattan, NY. After finishing his undergraduate degree Eddy expanded his expertise into the building and construction industry where he became a self-employed estimator and project manager for his own construction business in Brooklyn, NY. After logging three years experience with his own business and personally securing over $3 million in contracts for his own business, Eddy's path landed him at Baruch College in the City University of New York. There Eddy completed his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) as well as his Master's of Science in Finance (MSF). Eddy continued expanding his financial knowledge while working for TowerEngine, Corp., a New York based software company (now a division of Apple), as Assistant Engineer, prior to joining the Innovate Investments Team. Eddy is also very entrepreneurial minded and is also the Owner of his own Realty. Additionally, He sits on the board of directors for Innovate Investments, LLC and one other company in the construction and energy industries.

Janet Martinez - Office Manager

Janet Martinez has extensive experience with difficult real estate transactions. Affectionately nicknamed by her coworkers, "the Child Guardian Angel," she is known for her ability to read and translate any situation and immediately respond with command, composure and aplomb rivaled by only very few. As Office Manager and center of the company, Janet makes sure every part of the Innovate Investments tool moves with flawless precision. Janet has worked in different areas of real estate, from loss mitigation departments, all the way to acquisition management. Her professional demeanor, passion for homeowners, and determined work ethic, makes her an essential part of the Innovate Investments team.

CHRIS Inesti - Acquisitions Specialist

Born in the tropical of the Caribbean, Chris understands the importance of taking immediate action. Along the way he has learned some valuable experiences that add to his already resume and brings to Innovate Investments' table of opportunities each and every day. With degrees in general business, designs and project management, the larger picture is always in front.  While education is great, in this days and age real world experience that gets the job done is always an advantage. Chris has spent the most part of his last fifteen years in various positions requiring human resources experience, sales and negotiation skills. When not utilizing his skills for Innovate Investments, you're likely to find him letting others know what it is that he does and how he can help those in problematic situations dealing with real estate that are underwater.  He also mentors real estate sales agents and licensed brokers studying towards becoming a acquisition specialist.

JEANETTE Henderson - Accounting

Jeanette has degrees in Accounting and an MBA in Life Science that has prepared her to handle the business applications such as strategic planning, financial operations, marketing, team building and brings her considerable skills and work experience to Innovate Investments' accounting and business office. Her varied background includes the high tech industry, residential redevelopment and construction, and today's market new home sales. Her skills on the business side of finance and real estate, as well as her attention to detail make her a welcome addition to the Innovate Investments Team.

ANTHONY smith - Acquisitions Manager

Anthony is a key addition to our staff as we expand into Orange County and continue aggressively adding properties to our wholesaling. He is a licensed class C General Contractor with degrees such as an Associate of Science, Architecture and Construction Technology, and an impressive body of work experience. As Assistant Director of Land Operations for one major city residential redevelopment home builder, he managed the development process in all projects obtaining City and County approvals through negotiating land buys and was responsible for purchase and development of 1,350 lots. He currently serves as a board member of Innovate Investments Board. Anthony's extensive background in all phases of redevelopment, planning, management, purchasing and construction make him a valuable asset to the Innovate Investments team.

MICHAEL C. armstrong, ESQ. - Attorney & title search

Mike serves a double role with Innovate Investments Company, as both our title searches and closing attorney. His independent company provides Innovate Investments the service of doing title searches on new acquisitions and his accreditations include two Master's Degrees (Public Administration and International Studies) and a Juries Doctor Degree in Law. This well accomplished man is also known in our community for the philanthropic work (he has provided tax and legal assistance pro-bono for veterans), and regularly conducts free estate planning and tax information seminars for homeowners. In recognition of his volunteer service, Mike was awarded the Kings County Legal Services Pro-Bono Award.
